Responsible for the development of new agents, and franchise stores; organize and hold investment conferences according to business promotion policy of the company;

Search for and screen potential quality franchisees and agents; negotiate with clients, sign contracts, and create client files;

Qualifications:

Familiar with the hairdressing (wash and care) market, with more than 3 years of experience in channel development or sales;

Good at communication, sharp and quick thinking, good at market analysis, and has the ability to formulate strategies and solutions independently;

Can independently complete the whole process from approaching the client to signing contract; strong in team building and good cooperation awareness.
