Provide trainings to company employees and franchisee employees on products, instruments, techniques, marketing and mentality;

Develop stage specific training materials in accordance with the company's development; create lesson plans for, and teach training courses;

Make regular update according to market development; communicate with marketing supervisors and sales people to collect training materials and data;

Improve the professional quality and training skills of in-house trainers; offer guidance and perform assessment;

Qualifications:
1. Two years of experience in beauty industry, personally presentable, can go on business travels from time to time;

2. Ability to teach, to organize conferences, and to manage a team;

3. Skilled at office software; can develop PPT courseware independently;

4. A member of professional associations of training, brand launch, salons, and business promotion.
