1. Proficient Knowledge of the company's hairdressing products and professional wash and care techniques;

2. Provide trainings to franchise stores on technology, mentality, tactics, store management, and sales;

3. Make sales and event plans for franchise stores; manage the market area assigned;

Qualifications:
1. 20-35 years old, no requirements of sex or education, personally presentable;

2. Strong communication and understanding ability, passionate, with service and team awareness, good professional ethics;

3. Experience in training or management of beauty salon, or as head or deputy head of beauty salon will be preferred.
